Bicycle Parking
There are several options for parking your bicycle around or near 301 West Bay:
- Bike rack on property along Pearl street
- City Bike racks along Bay Street by the Skyway Central Station
- 2 wall mounted bike racks located within the 520 W Forsyth St Garage, free to use by 301 W Bay tenants
For safety reasons, bicycles are not allowed in the building or loading dock.
301 West bay engages in a comprehensive recycling program to include:
Paper:Deskside - each tenant should have BLUE recycle bin for clean paper (no clips or waste)
Tenant Common areas – larger tenants may have a LARGE BLUE BIN for the employees to empty their desk bin. Please make sure that you are following your companies’ guidelines in the event that your company employees document shredding services.
Cardboard:
Please breakdown any cardboard boxes and let us know, and we will have a member of the janitorial crew bring it to our cardboard bailer for recycle.
Cans & Plastic Bottles:
If you designate a special receptable for cans and plastic bottles, the nightly janitorial crew will remove for recycling.

From time to time we will schedule special E-Scrap events where tenants are able to bring any electronic waste to the loading dock for pick up and recycling by E-Scrap.

All of our fluorescent tube light bulbs are crushed in an environmentally safe vacuum container and sent for recycling.

Office furniture/supplies:
We partner with Teacher’s Depot for the donation of office furniture and supplies. They are thrilled to receive chairs, desks, file cabinets, file folders, pens, paper clips, markers, paper, etc Just contact Property Management if you have items you would like to donate to Teachers Depot and we will coordinate a pick up.
